Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects, gaining exposure to AI models, intelligent agents, and digital assistants applied within the financial services sector.\n\nSupport the development of data-driven digital strategies and AI-powered campaigns tailored to banking clients.\n\nConduct A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and performance analysis of digital and AI-driven initiatives in the banking domain.\n\nCreate and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to monitor key metrics for digital banking strategies and AI adoption.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional and agile teams to optimize campaign segmentation, targeting, and personalization, leveraging predictive analytics.\n\nParticipate in data interpretation and storytelling, contributing to actionable recommendations that support banking digital transformation and AI initiatives.\n\nYou bring to the table:\n1-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist\n\nA Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Banking, Digital Transformation, or a related field.\n\nA strong eagerness to work with data, AI, and machine learning models, and to grow expertise in digital transformation within banking.\n\nBasic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or VBA.\n\nFamiliarity with digital banking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and emerging AI technologies is a plus.\n\nAn interest in AI, intelligent agents, and digital assistants, and how they reshape customer journeys and operational efficiency in financial services.\n\nStrong communication and data storytelling skills to translate insights into value for digital strategy and AI adoption.\n\nLanguage Skills\nFluency in English and French/Dutch\nOther Skills\nExperience with
