If you’re passionate about outsmarting cybercriminals and working at a company where you can truly have an impact, we want you to join our team.\nSailPoint empowers the largest, most complex organizations by putting identity at the Centre of Security and IT.Our 2,000+ customers include global financial institutions, government entities, and pharmaceutical organizations and more.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSolution Architects at SailPoint begin with product training where they can leverage their experience to gain a deep understanding of our SaaS and/or Software solutions.\nWithinthe first two months, you will begin serving as the technical lead on customer projects where you will employ your client and partner communication skills, as well as their industry knowledge, to share organizational best practices for SailPoint products and identity governance.\n\nAt the end of the first six months, you will have established yourself as both a technical and consultative expert within the SailPoint Services organization.\n\nAt the end of thefirst year, you will have become a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and to less experienced team members.\n\nResponsibilities:\nGathering customers' business use cases and documenting product-based requirements with recommended solution designs\n\nEducating customers and partners on high-level product architecture, functional design, and best practices\n\nAssisting in the scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects\n\nDeveloping and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners\n\nHelping implementation team members design creative solutions to complex problems.\n\nAssisting with the actual technical delivery of the solution via written code or complex configuration\n\nRequirements:\n7-10+ years of professional experience within an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm, including 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and enterprise software implementation experience.\n\nExperience in software development, implementation, and configuration\n\nExcellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners\n\nStrong customer facing consultative experience\n\nExperience with some of the following:\n\nXML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers\n\nWindows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms\n\nRelational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)\n\nNoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)\n\nDirectories (LDAP, AD)\n\nJava, BeanShell, JavaScript Node.js\n\nEnterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow)\n\nCloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nFront-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js)\n\nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with other identity governance vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell a plus\n\nFamiliarity with AI and machine learning concepts a plus\n\nFamiliarity with role-based access controls and least-privileged access models a plus\n\nExperience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)\n\nExperience with quality assurance duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)\n\nSecurity software or IT audit experience\n\nEducation:\nComputer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience\n\nJ2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus\n\nSailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus and is expected within 12 months of hire\n\nTravel:\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 15%\n\nLocation:\nAuckland or Wellington NZ\n\nSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
