The role
Sainapse’s production work spans customer support and document intelligence, while account-intelligence capabilities are being developed with customers. You will make a technically complex product immediately relevant to a specific industry, buyer, and operational problem.
As Member of Marketing Staff, you will own how Sainapse is understood and sold-from category narrative and positioning through vertical pages, launches, customer proof, demos, and field enablement.
What you’ll do
Synthesize customer and market research into buyer personas, use cases, and differentiated positioning. Partner with Growth, whose acquisition experiments test and continuously update the ideal customer profile.
Turn product capabilities into language used by support, operations, IT, AI, and executive buyers.
Build the core messaging across the website, sales deck, demos, campaigns, and customer communications.
Create assets sales and customers actually use: vertical narratives, one-pagers, case studies, discovery guides, objection handling, battlecards, and ROI stories.
Stay close to customer calls and production deployments. Maintain a source and approval trail for customer stories, metrics, and claims, distinguishing production evidence from pilots and roadmap.
Lead launches with product, engineering, growth, and sales from narrative through execution.
Build repeatable templates and an AI-native context system so the company can move faster without losing accuracy.
What we look for
Strong B2B product, solutions, or industry marketing experience for technical enterprise products.
Excellent writing and editorial judgment; you reject language that sounds impressive but says nothing.
Ability to understand APIs, workflows, integrations, security, and AI limitations deeply enough to market them accurately.
Experience owning positioning, launches, enablement, and customer evidence end to end.
Comfort working from incomplete information, interviewing customers, and creating the first version yourself.
Familiarity with customer operations, CX, enterprise automation, AI, data, or workflow software is valuable.

A buyer in a priority segment can quickly understand why Sainapse fits their workflow, sales can use the story consistently, and customer evidence builds across the website, pipeline, and product strategy.
How you’ll work with the team
You own market understanding, messaging, customer proof, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Growth retains commercial-site logic, acquisition systems, experiments, and conversion accountability. Partner on website messaging and turn customer evidence into sharper targeting; the founding designer owns visual expression.
Compensation
$100,000-$120,000 annual base salary, 0.1%-0.2% equity, and a performance-based bonus.

We are also building account-intelligence capabilities that connect customer signals across systems. You will help turn hands-on enterprise delivery into more repeatable software, stronger evaluation, and easier deployment.
