At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions.\nAs Construction Engineer, you will join our Department Transportation System Construction Technical Office (CSO), in the business line Energy Careers.\nHow can you support us? \nEnsure preparation of Scopes of Work for Pipelines construction and multidisciplinary for associated facilities, Request for Quotation (RFQ) for both Bid activities and acquired operational projects, including Technical Bid evaluation of construction Bidders\nDraft construction operating procedures (Method of statement) for Pipelines and multidisciplinary plant construction phases.\nProvide Pipeline and associated Plant construction supervision and monitoring of work performed in the field, both subcontracted and direct hire.\nSupport the organization during the bidding and execution of construction activities, ensuring management of interfaces with engineering and procurement departments, overseeing the availability of construction materials and equipment.\nSupport the project organization in setting the construction strategy and construction execution plan. Coordinate with the project team the setting of the schedule and coordinate with the procurement team the proper setting of the material procurement flow.\nEnsure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, company and project requirements through the implementation of company tools and methodologies.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Technical Diploma / bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering\nBACKGROUND: 2-5 years as a Construction Engineer\nLANGUAGES: English B2 (written and spoken)\nIT KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package and Databases\nWhat else should you know?
