Here below your responsibilities:\nLead and overseeing the whole site organization, from site logistics, site installations, warehousing and construction activities\nLead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client interfaces.\nEnsure monitoring and management of subcontractors\nEnsure continuous update of construction forecast costs for Subcontractors and Site costs\nEnsure proper maintenance of the mobilization plan for supervision and subcontractors\nEnsure project targets for schedule, monitor and forecasts cost, quality control , are achieved throughout execution.\nBeing a safety Leader.\nPlan, monitor, and optimize construction execution trough a continuous improvement process.\nManage construction budgets, progress tracking, and cash flow control.\nMonitor construction performance through KPI , Support the project team to ensure contractual compliance, provide regular reporting to project leadership.\nWhat are we looking for? \nEducation: Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma\nExperience: at least 12 - 18 years of experience as a Construction Manager within large-scale Oil & Gas projects.\nLanguages: English B2\nInternational / Geographical mobility is required \nWhat else should you know?
