At Saipem, your expertise helps shape the future globally for environmental sustainability.\nProject: Mozambique LNG \nJob Title: Contract Administration Coordinator\nLocation: Italy/Mozambique \nJob Description\nAs a Contract Administration Coordinator, you will support the effective administration of subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring contractual activities are performed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, project requirements, and approved budgets.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop, maintain, and update subcontract registers to monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, correspondence, and performance.\nCoordinate subcontract administration activities and ensure Subcontractors follow the required contractual and administrative procedures.\nReview and validate progress payment documentation submitted by Subcontractors, coordinating with relevant project functions as required.\nSupport the administration of extra works, variations, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages, and subcontract close-out in accordance with applicable procedures.\nPrepare, coordinate, and track contractual correspondence, instructions, and notices, ensuring required actions and responses are followed up in a timely manner.\nReview Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions, and Deviation Requests to identify potential contractual and cost impacts on Subcontracts.\nMaintain accurate and complete contractual records and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate with project, procurement, commercial, engineering, and site teams on subcontract administration matters.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation:\nDegree in Engineering or a related discipline.\nExperience:\nPrevious experience in contract or subcontract administration, preferably within an EPC, engineering, construction, energy, or similar project-based environment.
