At Saipem, your expertise helps shape the future globally for environmental sustainability.\nPurpose of the position: As [Document Controller] you will be part of the [Supply Chain] within [Purchase Department] You will support [Administrative Activities].\nHow can you support us? \nManage, Register, Classify, Distribute, Track, and Archive Documents in accordance with approved document-control procedures.\nProvide secretarial and administrative support by managing correspondence, calendars, meetings, minutes, reports, presentations, travel arrangements, office supplies, and follow-up actions.\nCoordinate professionally with internal departments, vendors, and project stakeholders; monitor deadlines and pending approvals; and perform accurate data entry using MS Office and document management systems.\nMaintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems (when necessary), document registers, revision histories, transmittals, and confidentiality controls.\nEnsure only current approved documents are circulated and retrieve records promptly for audits and operations.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / relevant\nBackground: 2 to 4 years\nLanguages: Arabic & English\nTechnical Knowledge: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including the preparation of professional PowerPoint presentations, advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, and practical knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports.
