Here are below your responsibilities:\nMission\nExecute document management workflow both in Home Office, Construction sites and Fabrication Yards in accordance with methods and procedure and using Saipem's tools\nTasks\nOrganize and update Document Registers (both Saipem and Vendors) and Master Data List activities\nCheck quality of document list status, workflows, internal distribution, transmittals, etc.\nCheck formal quality of the documents before uploading into EDMS\nEnsure tempestive submission and receipt of documents and proper archiving\nUpload documentation and transmittal to EDMS\nAssist in vendor documentation management\nAssist in system management of Client / Vendor comments and related responses\nUpload Project Templates and Contractual Documentation into the system\nControl or assist in workflows management and document distribution\nControl or assist in linking document to activities, to purchase request/order, to plant structure, etc.\nControl documentation formal correctness\nSupport the Project Manager and the Risk Owners in minimizing risk impacts and maximizing opportunities identified within the Project\nSupport in defining, organizing and managing the Final Project documents handover to the Client\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline(Equivalent professional experience in EPC project environments may be considered)\nExperience\nMinimum 6+ years of experience as a Document Control Coordinator (DCC) or Project Document Controller within Oil & Gas, EPC, or large multidisciplinary projects\nProven experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of EPC projects\nDemonstrated experience managing Client and Vendor documentation in compliance with contractual and project requirements\nLanguages\nProficient in English (written and spoken)\nAbility to communicate effectively with multinational teams, Clients, and Vendors\nTechnical Skills / Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of EPC Project Document Management processes and document lifecycle control\nFamiliarity with Project Execution Plans (PEP), Document Management Plans (DMP), and Quality Management Systems\nSolid understanding of contractual documentation requirements, document numbering, revision control, and transmittal management\nExperience in managing document interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors\nKnowledge of project close-out documentation and final handover dossiers\nIT Skills\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, tracking logs, status dashboards)\nWord (formatting, document templates)\nPowerPoint (project reporting and presentations)\nOutlook (professional communication and workflow coordination)\nElectronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)\nStrong user experience with EDMS platforms for document control, workflows, approvals, and archiving\nAbility to manage document uploads, metadata, transmittals, and status reporting within EDMS environments\nWhat can we offer to you:\nPermanent Contract - Project-based position\nCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package\nWorking Hours: 45 hours (9 hours x 5 days)\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals\nLocation: Doha, Qatar (Site)\nAdditional Information\nWe support your development!
