Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.\nWe are looking for a Electrical Supervisor Topside (Commissioning) to join one of our projects.\nProject: Osman Gazi \nLocation: Fylios Port, Turkey\nStart Date: ASAP\nKindly see below the job description for this position: \nMission\nEnsure safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance execution of Electrical equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std.\nSupervise the execution of electrical works, both performed by subcontractors or with direct hiring\nSet and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes\nBring leadership and supervision and provide support to team members in terms of technical and individual performance capability\nBe responsible for supporting the close out of any gaps in the competency standards for all team members\nTasks\nCommissioning and Start-Up Execution\nEnsures that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements\nActively contributes to Safety Walkdown. Prepares incident reports and contributes to investigations\nApproves work permits during his shift as per procedure to enable the execution of scheduled works. Ensures the works are conducted in compliance with approved safety and quality standards\nIdentifies, reports and follow up risks within his area of responsibility\nIdentifies and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment\nSupervises the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities according to the approved procedures and issue reports\nSupports the specialists and the Vendors for the execution of the activities\nCoordinates the Electrical Sub-Station with the Process Area\nMaintenance Execution\nEnsure that the services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules\nPlan Preventive and Corrective Maintenance operations (routine and short-term)\nCoordinate all Contractor personnel for the smooth execution of the services\nMaintenance planning\nAnticipate, plan and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking into account the various constraints when planning and carrying out operations\nTake part of site coordination meetings\nEnsure the Preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to Company\nEnsure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations\nCheck and validate all technical reports in CMMS and ensure work history is comprehensively recorded in line with CMMS data quality requirements\nCarry out appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, on difficulties encountered\nEnsure the Contractor Personnel complete and record all handovers (daily, weekly and rotation)\nTechnical Support/Methods\nEnsure theappropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures employed by the crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements\nEnsure coordination between maintenance Operations and Preparation teams\nKeep an up-to-date list of works that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns\nKeep files of requests for studies of modifications and improvements\nSuggest corrective measures if a Maintenance backlog could become unmanageable\nMaintain a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operations\nTeam Leading, be responsible for the team on site, specifically:\nOrganize the rotation schedules of the team\nIdentify the training needs of the team and make training requests as appropriate\nPropose all necessary adjustments related to the Nationalization plan\nPropose appraisal and Competence assessment for the staff\nSet expectations, coach and mentor technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviours\nHSE\nDemonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions\nEnsure the correct behaviour of the team in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if needed, take the necessary corrective measures\nEnsure all necessary controls to mitigate risks and/or eliminate hazards\nPerformance monitoring via regular observation of working practices, assessing compliance with safe systems of work and work instructions\nWhat are we looking for? \nStrong experience in Commissioning / Topside\nEnglish Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)\nAdditional Information about the job:\nStatus: Single Status\nStart date: As soon as possible\nDuration: 3 months onshore (could be extended) / 9 months offshore (subject to extension according to Company needs)\nAccomodation: CAMP - FLOATEL\nRotation: Whilst in onshore: Global mobility applied. 69 days of vacation per year and 6 flights per year.
