The role ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and tracking of HSE activities to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System across projects and operational activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the preparation, updating, and distribution of HSE procedures, guidelines, and safety communications.\nMaintain and organize HSE documentation, records, and compliance registers.\nAssist in HSE reporting activities, including incident logs, safety statistics, and KPI tracking.\nSupport incident reporting and follow-up tracking, ensuring timely documentation and closure of actions.\nAssist in internal HSE audits by preparing records, evidence, and audit documentation.\nHelp coordinate risk assessment documentation (e.g., HAZID/HAZOP registers, risk assessment records) and ensure updates are properly recorded.\nTrack HSE training records, certifications, and compliance requirements.\nSupport emergency preparedness activities by maintaining drill records and related documentation.\nAssist in managing Permit-to-Work documentation flow and approvals (administrative support role).\nProvide administrative support for subcontractor HSE documentation compliance (e.g., safety submissions, records tracking).\nEnsure proper filing and traceability of HSE-related documents in line with company systems.\nSupport communication of HSE updates, lessons learned, and safety alerts.\nCore Skills & Knowledge (Adapted from HSE Engineer Profile)\nUnderstanding of HSE management systems and basic knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).\nAbility to manage documentation systems and maintain structured records.\nBasic understanding of HSE reporting systems and incident tracking processes.\nAwareness of HSE risk management concepts and terminology.\nKnowledge of safety procedures, permits, and workplace safety practices (support level).\nFamiliarity with audit and inspection processes (administrative support role).\nStrong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.\nAbility to coordinate between engineering, construction, and HSE teams for information flow.\nKey Competencies\nOrganizational and document control skills\nAttention to detail and accuracy in reporting\nCommunication and coordination ability\nConfidentiality and compliance awareness\nBasic analytical understanding of HSE data\nWhat can we offer you:\nFixed-term contract\nCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package.\nWorking model: 48 hours weekly, Monday-Friday.\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.\nLocation: UAE, Abu Dhabi\nAdditional Information\nWe support your development!
