At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions.\nPurpose of the position: As HSE Coordinator you will be part of the HSE Function within the HSE E&C ONSHORE PROJECTS Department, within the By Pass Oleodotto Isola delle Tresse project based in Venezia.\nHow can you support us? \nSupport the HSE Manager in coordinating project activities and monitoring the effective implementation of HSE Plans and procedures across all project phases.\nEnsure that all construction activities are executed in full compliance with the Contractor’s HSE policies and the HSE Management System requirements.\nCoordinate and support contractors’ and subcontractors’ safety managers, reviewing site activities and verifying compliance with HSE standards.\nIdentify, report and follow up on HSE non-conformities, support the establishment and monitoring of the HSE system, and participate in incident/accident investigations and analyses.\nSupport the preparation of project HSE documentation, participate in HSE meetings when required, and provide ongoing assistance to Site Advisors on HSE-related matters.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Technical degree or high school diploma\nBackground: 5 years as a HSE technician within Oil and Gas field.\nLanguages: English B1\nTechnical/IT Knowledge: Training as RSPP or ASPP (ateco 4 or 5), mandatory; Tap Root or RCA training, plus; IOGP or NEBOSH IGC, plus; ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team leader certify, plus;\nWhat we can offer to you: \nFixed term Contract - CCNL Energia e Petrolio\nFor home office contract: Pay not lower than 43.000,00 €\nLocation: Livorno\nTransparency Note\nAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills.\nAny deviation shall be duly justified and documented in accordance with internal procedures and the Non-Discrimination Statement.
