In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project HSE Management System during EPIC project execution, ensuring effective HSE support to Project Management and all project stakeholders.\nHow can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:\nSupport project HSE risk management activities, including HAZID, HAZOP, HEMP studies, occupational safety assessments, and risk mitigation planning;\nDevelop, implement, and monitor HSE procedures, safety requirements, and compliance programs throughout project and construction phases;\nParticipate in pre-construction surveys, HSE audits, incident investigations, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely corrective actions;\nManage project HSE reporting, training matrices, and awareness campaigns to promote a strong safety culture across the organization;\nReview subcontractors' HSE documentation during bid evaluation and contract award phases, ensuring alignment with project and company standards.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.\nExperience: 5+ years of experience as an HSE Engineer or in a similar HSE role within the Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, energy, or industrial sectors.\nLanguages:\nFluent English (written and spoken)\nKnowledge of additional languages is considered a plus\nTechnical/IT Skills:\nKnowledge of international HSE standards and risk management methodologies\nExperience with HAZID, HAZOP, HEMP, Risk Assessment, and incident investigation techniques\nFamiliarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nExperience with HSE reporting and data analysis tools is an advantage\nWhat else should you know?
