In this role, you will lead and coordinate Project Health, Safety, Environment and Social (HSES) activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the effective implementation of the HSE Management System and compliance with contractual requirements, company standards and applicable regulations.\nHow can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:\nDefine and implement Project HSE objectives, plans, procedures and management system documentation in line with Company standards, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.\nLead the review of HSE contractual obligations, project documentation, risk assessments and compliance requirements, ensuring their effective application throughout all project phases.\nCoordinate and monitor HSE activities across engineering, construction and project functions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and HSE performance targets.\nSupport the Project Director / Project Manager in managing relationships with Clients, Authorities and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on HSE matters and risk management.\nOversee HSE reviews, audits, HAZOP studies and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a strong HSE culture and ensuring the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related disciplines.\nExperience: At least 8-10 years of experience in HSE management roles within EPC, construction, energy, infrastructure, offshore or industrial projects, including experience in large and complex international projects.\nLanguages:\nFluent English (written and spoken);\nFluent French (written and spoken).\nTechnical/IT Skills:\nStrong knowledge of HSE Management Systems and international HSE standards.\nExperience in Risk Assessment, Risk Management and Incident Prevention methodologies.\nKnowledge of HAZOP studies, HSE audits and compliance management.\nFamiliarity with international and local HSE regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management reporting tools.\nWhat else should you know?
