Your primary purpose is to plan, coordinate, and control all inspection activities related to procured materials and equipment, ensuring the inspections are efficiently scheduled, properly executed, documented, performed on time and closed, in accordance with project requirements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality standards, without impacting the project schedule.\nEnable On-Time Material Release\nCoordinate inspections to align with:\nManufacturing progress\nExpediting priorities\nProject need dates\nPrevent inspection-related delays that could:\nBlock LD release\nAffect shipping readiness\nImpact construction or offshore activities\nAdditionally, supports expediting objectives by removing inspection bottlenecks.\nExecute Inspection Coordination\nEnsure:\nCorrect ITP is approved and available\nInspection scope is clearly defined per PO\nHold / witness points are respected\nCoordinate:\nVendor\nThird-Party Inspection Agencies (TPI)\nQA/QC and Project Quality\nHow can you support us? \nReview Project Quality Control requirements and all the contractual documentation in order to detect discrepancies and prevent any misunderstanding aiming to a supply chain management approach\nSupport MM on issuance of Project QC procedures\nContribute to finalize PMC and IDS\nSupport MM on PO Inspection Classification\nEnsure (directly or through Internal Inspectors) specialist support to engineering department to vendor quality control documents review (ITP and Test Procedures)\nFor each Project PO, ensure all necessary and suitable documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) is available to designated inspector prior Inspection activities starts\nWith the support of the MM, plan/organize the PIM (if any), agree dates and venues with Vendors, ensure the presence at the meeting of all Sub-Vendors (if any), Saipem (requisitioning unit and designated inspector), Client and any third party personnel whose attendance is required.\nEnsure the correct Project inspection notification work flow with Client and/or Third Parties in accordance with contractual requirements and ensure all necessary and suitable documentation is available prior to confirmation of inspection notification.\nCheck all inspection Report received from Inspector (Internal and External) and ensure the correct distribution / filing of it to system (SAP)\nAfter positive final test result, verify that all necessary condition are satisfactory and ensure timely issuance of Inspection Release Note in SAP\nIn case of not satisfactory inspection, ensure the correct management of Non-Conformity Reports and Punch Lists\nEnsure the vendor Manufactured Data Book review and approval and ensure timely issuance of Final Test Certificate in SAP\nEnsure performances evaluation of external (Agency) inspectors by using I-PERF\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Diploma in Engineering, Technical / Industrial discipline, Science or equivalent technical field.\nCertification: CSWIP 3.1, NDT Level II (any method) and/or API 510 / 570 / 653\nBackground: Minimum 5 years in Vendor / shop inspection coordination, Inspection scheduling & control and; Interface with:\nProcurement / Expediting\nVendors & manufacturers\nThird-party inspection agencies\nLanguages: English\nTechnical Knowledge: Inspection or inspection coordination experience in oil & gas / EPC projects\nWhat else should you know?
