You will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage).\nHow can you support us?\nCollect and review all incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.\nIdentify and categorize invoices that need to be back charged to clients.\nPrepare the back-up for invoices to be back-charged to clients, ensuring that all relevant details are included.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices received and back charged.\nGenerate regular reports on invoices, including the status of collected and back charged invoices.\nWork closely with the finance team, procurement department, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing processes.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience: 0,5-2 years in invoicing activities\nEducation: HNC or any certification in Economics\nTechnical knowledge: invoice reading, data collection\nIT knowledge: basic SAP, excel.\nWhat we can offer to you:\nContractor role, full time, up to 5,5 days per week\nOutside IR35\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.\nLocation: Talacre\nStart date: As soon as a successful candidate is identified\nPlease note: All applicants must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status, as Saipem is unable to offer sponsorships.\nYour opinion helps us grow every day!
