You will support Saipem’s ongoing EPCI projects in the Americas by contributing to installation engineering activities and coordinating interfaces with installation, fabrication, and subcontract procurement teams. Experience in installation engineering of flexible and umbilical products is highly valued for this opportunity.\nHow can you support us? \nParticipate to:\nProject progress meeting,\nEngineering co-ordination meetings\nInterface meetings with Client, other Contractors and Sub-Contractors\nTechnical review meeting (concerning Procurement, Engineering, Fabrication, Operation, Interface)\nHSE meetings\nRisk Assessment\nIn charge of:\nIssue, update & follow-up of the procedures and documents related to the scope\nInstallation Engineering development and studies related to the scope;\nPrepare Technical Memos, Technical Queries to support any contractual deviation;\nPreparation of input for installation activities presentations\nFollow-up the Drafting activities related to the scope\nInitiate all the equipment, installation aids & material documentation\nSpecify and follow up of the equipment, installation aids & material, including associated documentation\nReview of the contract, the Qualifications, the Clarifications and Specifications for both Saipem and interfaces\nDesigning any required lift rigging;\nProject operation report for the scope\nTechnical support for any presentation for the scope\nReporting, Monitoring, Follow-up:\nRegular reporting to the Lead (progress, deviation, development, issues & concerns)\nUpdate (weekly basis) of the Installation Engineering Master Document Register for the scope\nManaging, Leading:\nInstallation Engineering development and studies for the dedicated scope;\nManagement of the Drafting priorities to comply with the MDR milestones\nFirst Issue of Time estimates, detailed Operation schedules, transportation schedules for the scope\nIssue, update & follow-up of the System Description table for the scope\nInterfaces\nInstallation:\nEnsure that the equipment, installation aids & material requirements are well transmitted and received through a turnaround file (e.g.: Material List)\nTechnical support for Spread & Equipment Engineering (drawings, SOP, layout…)\nTechnical support for Spread & Equipment definition within his Installation Engineering competencies;\nReview of Subcontractor technical documentation (e.g. procedures, reports) and provide input data as required within his Installation Engineering competencies\nOrganize, gather and check data from Subcontractors needed for the installation engineering\nFabrication:\nReview of the Manufacturer testing procedures and reports (FAT, SIT/OT). When required provides input to SIT/OT procedures\nTechnical approval of the SIT/OT report\nIntegration of the Fabrication data book (QC report, certificates) in the Installation Aids data book\nExternal Interface:\nManage and gather data to feed and followup interfaces (if applicable for the scope)\nSubcontract-Procurement:\nReview of the Subcontractor/Supplier testing procedures and reports (FAT, SIT/OT).
