At Saipem, your expertise helps shape the future globally for environmental sustainability.\nProject: Ambriz\nJob Title: Prefabrication Supervisor\nLocation: Angola - Ambriz Yard\nJob Description: \nMission\nSupervise the execution of prefabrication works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame\nSupport the prefabrication activities (structural, piping) and the assembly of elementary parts to be released for the erection activities\nTasks\nPromote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected\nEnsure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements\nVerify and confirm the availability of drawings, materials and equipment to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by assigned direct hiring personnel\nPrepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities\nCoordinate the interfaces with erection activities\nCoordinate human and technical resources assigned, indicating any needs or surplus\nCoordinate subcontractor involved in prefabrication stages\nAssist subcontractors or direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems\nSupervise the execution of prefabrication workshop activities involving employment of machineries/tools\nSupervise the execution of prefabrication workshop fit-up and welding activities, checking that non-destructive controls are carried out and released before painting\nVerify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field\nMeasure the progress of the works carried out\nProvide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower\nEnsure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed\nOrganise working area based on assigned activities to improve HSE and overall efficiency\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Engineering\nExperience: 10 years of experience as a Prefabrication Supervisor within the oil and gas industry\nLanguages: English Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)\nTechnical Skills: (Pre)-fabrication, \nIT Skills: N/A\nWhat else should you know? \nStart date: as soon as possible\nWorking schedule: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week\nDuration: 12 month contract - renewable\nStatus: Single Status\nWhat can we offer to you:\nCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.\nAdditional Information\nWe embrace diversity!
