Here below your responsibilities:\nEnsure an effective interface between the Project organization and the Procurement functions;\nInterface with the equivalent Client function, where required;\nPlan and coordinate the procurement processes for materials, services, and subcontracting activities;\nEnsure that procurement activities comply with project requirements and constraints;\nContribute to ensuring full compliance with tendering procedures;\nAnalyse contractual terms and client requirements;\nContribute to project planning and scheduling activities;\nDefine and issue the Project Procurement Procedures in line with Company procedures and contractual obligations;\nDefine the applicable General Conditions and Special Conditions and prepare the Instructions to Bidders;\nAgree and manage all procurement milestones, from the issuance of the Purchase Requisition through to the issuance of the Purchase Order, ensuring compliance with project deadlines;\nConsolidate the Project Vendors/Subcontractors List and bidders lists, taking into account Project requirements and contributions from other functions;\nDefine the Project procurement strategy;\nMonitor the consumption of man-hours allocated to Procurement, identifying corrective or mitigating actions as required;\nEnsure compliance with procurement guidelines and procedures;\nContribute to Tendering Strategies;\nPerform a preliminary review of the admissibility of the Technical Evaluation of bids;\nReview draft contracts, with particular attention to any deviations from Company standards and/or Project requirements;\nPrepare and issue periodic reports on the progress of Procurement activities.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in Engineering\nExperience: 5-10 years as a Procurement Manager / Project Supply Chain Manager within Oil&Gas field.\nLanguages: Italian and English B2/C1\nTechnical/IT Skills: Microsoft Office (EXCEL and WORD: ADVANCED LEVEL), knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba are a plus.\nWhat else should you know?
