You will manage a Proposal Team formed by around 10 people from different disciplines/Company functions.\nHow can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:\nDevelop the Proposal Plan, coordinate the Proposal kick-off meeting, define the Project cost structure; manage the interfaces with Partners and Client.\nAnalyze the Tender Documents requirements and the Contract conditions identifying the critical issues to be addressed.\nEnsure the cost estimates; and project cash flow.\nEnsure the definition of: project organization, overall project schedule and overall execution plan & resource plan; ensure the preparation of Cost Closure Reports.\nEnsure that Risks Analysis is correctly applied, guaranteeing through ROBS (Risks and Opportunity Breakdown Structure) the definition of the risk register through the R&O methodology application.\nEnsure the delivery of the Proposal to the Client and manage the post-bid clarification phase with the Client.\nLead, if so delegated, negotiations with clients to reach an agreement on the outstanding pricing, commercial, contractual and technical aspects of the Proposal and in the formalization of the Contract.\nEnsure definition of the Control Budget, in case of Contract award.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Master's Degree in Engineering\nExperience: at least 10 years as Proposal Manager, Project Manager or Construction Manager within Linear Infrastructures Projects (eg Railways, Metro, Motorways) and/or Civil Sector.\nLanguages: English (B2)\nTechnical/IT Skills:\nProject Management\nRisk Management and key project processes\nKnowledge of public works bid schemes, in particular Italian Procurement Law (“Codice Appalti”)\nThe ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.\nProblem solving skills are required.\nEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.\nWhat else should you know?
