At Saipem, your expertise helps shape the future globally for environmental sustainability.\nProject: Various Offshore Vessels\nJob Title: Quality Control Coordinator\nLocation: Worldwide\nJob Description: Quality Control Coordinator\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree \nExperience: 10 to 15 years offshore Work Experience\nLanguages: English Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)\nThe Quality Control Coordinator supports the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and coordinates quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, company procedures, and industry standards. The role works closely with the Project Quality Manager (PQM) and Quality Control Manager (QCM) to monitor inspections, manage quality documentation, oversee contractors, and ensure effective execution of Quality Control Plans throughout project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the development and implementation of project Quality Control Plans, procedures, and inspection programs. \nCoordinate and monitor QC inspectors and quality activities across project locations and offshore vessels.\nEnsure inspections, tests, and controls are performed in accordance with approved Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). \nVerify material traceability, storage, preservation, certification, and compliance with project requirements. \nReview and maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and final QC dossiers. \nInterface with clients, contractors, and third parties on quality-related matters and support quality audits and reviews. \nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, welding quality requirements, and NDT inspection procedures.\nOther Requirements:\n· CSWIP 3.1 or IWI S Certificate\n· Magnetic Particle Test (MT) ISO 9712 LEVEL 2 or PCN Level 2 Certificate\n· Liquid Penetrate Inspections (LP) ISO 9712 or PCN Level 2 Certificate\n· Experience in Offshore Heavy Lifting vessel and Pipeline\nWhat can we offer to you:\nContract until 30/06/2027 (subject to extension according to Company needs)\nCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.\nAdditional Information\nWe embrace diversity!
