Here below your responsibilities:\nLead and supervise the multidisciplinary QC team, ensuring effective coordination of all inspection activities.\nImplement and enforce the Project Quality Plan, QC procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).\nCoordinate inspections, testing, and surveillance activities throughout Construction and Pre-commissioning phases.\nManage quality records, including RFIs, inspection reports, test records, and quality dossiers.\nMonitor NCRs and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and closure of non-conformities.\nVerify material compliance, traceability, and adherence to project quality requirements.\nInterface with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, Clients, and Subcontractors to ensure quality alignment.\nEnsure completion of quality documentation for Mechanical Completion, handover, audits, and final project dossiers while driving proactive quality improvement and rework prevention.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma\nExperience: at least 8-10 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager within large EPC or Construction projects.\nLanguages:English B2\nWhat else should you know?
