You will be responsible for managing project workscopes, coordinating with offshore and onshore stakeholders, providing operational support throughout project execution, and contributing to project planning.\nHow can you support us?\nAdminister ROV contracts ensuring that services provided meet Saipem and Client requirements.\nReview personnel crew levels to ensure that the necessary number of qualified crews are available and assigned for each level.\nApprove purchases to ensure that ROV Systems have the required equipment and tools to complete projects.\nEnsure all Company safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed.\nCo-ordinate movement of capital to work sites per project requirements.\nMaintain standards of equipment and procedures for ROV systems.\nSet up and maintain lines of communication, not limited to supervisor reports, maintenance logs, failure reports, daily time and dive sheets.\nPlan, track and maintain ROV personnel training.\nOversee workshop activities, including personnel work assignment and asset allocation.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nTo become familiar with and to maintain awareness of Saipem’s current requirements and where applicable, the latest Industry Codes and Standards including statutory rules and regulations.\nTo ensure that all activities are carried out in a manner consistent with Saipem’s policy on health, safety, quality and environmental matters in accordance with Saipem specific procedures.\nTo ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.\nWhat are we looking for?\nRequired\nPrevious offshore experience with ROV operations with some of this experience in a supervisory role\nPrevious onshore experience in a co-ordination role, ideally with drilling rigs and pipelay vessels\nPrevious experience of specifying, selecting and ordering mechanical, hydraulic or electrical equipment for offshore use\nCollege/University Education: \nRequired\nUniversity, College or Industry education and/or training in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic disciplines\nPlease note: All applicants must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status, as Saipem is unable to offer sponsorships.\nWhat we can offer to you:\nFull-time (37.5 hours per week) Permanent role\nHybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance\nCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, gym discount, discounts and partnerships, pension plan\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals\nLocation: Bridge of Don, Aberdeen office\nYour opinion helps us grow every day!
