Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.\nWe are looking for a Senior Construction Engineer to join one of our projects.\nProject: NFPS EPC5 \nLocation: China, Tianjin\nStart Date: ASAP\nKindly see below the job description for this position:\nMission\nSupport construction organization during bid and execution of construction activities, ensuring the management of the\ninterfaces with engineering and procurement departments, overseeing the availability of the construction materials and\nequipment.\nEnsure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, corporate and project requirements through the\nimplementation of company tools and methodologies.\nSupport project organization on construction Strategy definition and construction execution plan.\nTasks\nPromote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected;\nEnsure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements;\nCoordinate with Project Team the set-up of time schedule;\nGive all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the\nwork carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems. Control production\nparameters in terms of efficiency and productivity;\nSupport the Construction Superintendent during data workflow set-up and its continuous monitoring;\nSupport the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works;\nSupport the Construction Superintendent and Superviors during the verification of quantities accounts of the works,\nincluding updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes;\nEnsure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring. Coordinate human and\ntechnical resources, indicating any needs or surplus.
