At Saipem, your expertise helps shape the future globally for environmental sustainability.\n\nPurpose of the position: As Production Supervisor, Supervise site activities such as commissioning, start-up, and operation. Ensure that all activities under their responsibility comply with established process and HSE requirements, while adhering to scheduled timelines. Oversee operations activities including: Operation procedures preparation; QA/QC certification; Fire Fighting System usage; HSE system usage; Integrated Control System usage in the relevant field. Supervise maintenance and inspection activities and ensure spare parts reliability for safe operations. Guarantee safe and efficient commissioning, start-up, and operation of process facilities. Maintain high standards, work in shifts, and be available on call 24 hours. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors when onboard.\n\nHow can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:\n\nDirect and coordinate activities of Control Room Operators (CROs), Production Operators, and the Laboratory Technician.\n\nMonitor and control all process equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR) and in the field.\n\nEnsure that all production activities comply with company and client operating procedures, safety standards, and permit-to-work requirements.\n\nOversee daily production plant housekeeping and preservation of process areas.\n\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, deficiencies, and non-conformities, and propose corrective actions to the Production Superintendent.\n\nDiscuss technical issues, spare part requirements, and maintenance planning with the Production Superintendent and Maintenance Department.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nEducation: Diploma or degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline..\n\nExperience: 5–7 years in natural gas processing, petrochemical, or LNG operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or control room role..\n\nLanguages: Portuguese and Professional English.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong technical ability to develop, implement, contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization initiatives.\n\nIT Skills: Microsoft tools\n\nWhat else should you know?
