Here below your responsibilities:\n1 Strategic Planning: Forecast hiring needs, design long-term talent acquisition roadmaps, and align recruitment budgets with business objectives.\n2 Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the internal recruitment and sourcing teams.\n3 Partner with project management, department heads, and regional leaders to understand workforce requirements.\n4 Metrics & Compliance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention, while ensuring compliance with local labor and employment laws.\n5 Localization Mandates: Design and implement local talent strategies to meet strict regional compliance goals (e.g., Saudization, In-Country Value programs).\n6 Market Intelligence: Track competitor projects, and regional salary shifts to adjust hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks dynamically.\n7 Employer Branding: Elevate company positioning in the job market through recruitment marketing, events, and candidate experience initiatives.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).\nExperience: 5 + years of recruiting experience within the Oil & Gas, with at least 2-3 years in a direct leadership or management role. \nLanguages: Arabic - English.\nTechnical Skills: technical sourcing tools, Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, and recruitment analytics.\nIT Skills: Data management - Data Analytics -HR systems.\nWhat else should you know?
