Here below your responsibilities:\nThis role provides operational and technical support during tenders and project execution phases, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.\nEngineering Support: Review documentation, suggest improvements, and support the engineering team in planning and execution phases.\nProject Operations: Assist both offshore and onshore teams with installation, diving, pre-commissioning, trenching, and hook-up operations.\nPlanning & Coordination: Coordinate equipment, material logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and compliance.\nSafety & Compliance: Ensure QA/QC & HSE standards are met; actively participate in risk assessments and safety briefings.\nExecution Oversight: Supervise key activities during vessel mobilization/demobilization, loadouts, and critical offshore operations.\nContinuous Improvement: Provide feedback and lessons learned to enhance procedures, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\nCommercial Support: Offer technical input to the commercial team for proposals and contractual matters.\nEnsuring smooth execution during mobilization, testing, and installation phases\nLeading and managing a team composed of:\nJunior engineers (method/operations)\nDraftsmen\nEnsuring timely preparation of all installation documents\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation\nMaster’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)\nOther engineering disciplines may also be considered\nExperience\n5-7 years of experience in Offshore Oil and Gas / EPC\nLanguages\nProficient in English\nTechnical Skills / Knowledge\nStrong experience in offshore oil and gas installations including jackets, top sides, bridges, and heavy lifting operations.\nIT Skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Project\nWhat can we offer to you:\nPermanent Contract - Project-based position\nCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package\nWorking Hours: 45 hours (9 hours x 5 days)\nOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals\nLocation: Doha, Qatar\nAdditional Information\nWe support your development!
