hear from you.\nHow you'll contribute\nDigital Projects and Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate assigned digital projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and evaluation\nWork with Marketing and Communications, ITS, academic units, service areas, vendors and other partners to support successful delivery\nDocument requirements, decisions, timelines, responsibilities, risks and dependencies\nCoordinate user acceptance testing, content readiness, quality assurance and implementation activities\nSupport institutional digital, customer experience and learner journey initiatives as assigned\nDigital experience and Website Operations\nCoordinate the day-to-day operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of SAIT.ca and assigned digital properties\nReview and respond to website requests, identifying requirements, dependencies, risks and appropriate next steps\nCoordinate the publishing, updating, restructuring and removal of digital content\nMonitor assigned digital experiences for accuracy, usability, consistency and alignment with established standards\nSupport incident resolution and communicate with appropriate technical, content and business partners when issues arise\nMaintain documentation, request processes and operational procedures supporting digital experience work\nContent Coordination and Governance\nWork with internal partners to plan, organize and deliver audience-focused digital content\nAdvise content owners on web writing, information architecture, search engine optimization, accessibility and digital best practices\nApply approved content, brand, accessibility, and user experience standards across assigned digital properties\nCoordinate content lifecycle activities and follow up with content owners to support accuracy and accountability\nAnalytics, Insights and Optimization\nMonitor website analytics, search behaviour, user feedback and other digital performance indicators\nTranslate digital data into practical recommendations for content, navigation and experience improvements\nSupport the definition and tracking of digital experience measures and key performance indicators\nApply established accessibility, usability, brand and quality standards to digital content and experiences\nIdentify pain points affecting users and coordinate or recommend appropriate corrective action\nDevelop resources, training and guidance to support content contributors\nWhat you bring\nMust have a diploma in digital communications, marketing, user experience, information architecture, communications, business, or a related field\nA Bachelor's degree in a related discipline would be considered an asset\n3-5 years of related experience supporting websites, digital content, user experience, digital communications or online services in a complex organization is required\nSkills\nWorking in a content management system\nCoordinating website content and enhancement requests\nApplying web accessibility and usability practices\nUsing web analytics and performance data\nWorking with search optimization and content design principles\nCoordinating work across business, content, and technical teams\nConducting quality assurance or user acceptance testing\nSupporting multiple partnerships and competing
