You are patient when you need to be, and bold when the objectives require it.\nHow you'll contribute\nRecruitment Marketing\nCoordinate and appropriately resource internal and external creative partners in the campaign process.\nDetermine the channel, audience targeting or segmentation, density, and the creative concept/message and call to action for each campaign.\nMonitor campaign metrics and respond as appropriate, including making adjustments mid-campaign.\nManaging the content and creative components including working with other team members and/or vendors in production.\nStakeholder Services\nInitiate collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups to source and verify content, build copy and creative.\nEnsure project planning includes stakeholder input and considerations.\nFoster a client-centered approach in all aspects of the work we do, with a focus on transparency and inclusion.\nWhat you bring\nDiploma in marketing, business or similar education.\nBachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar education an asset.\n5-7 years minimum directly related work experience in digital marketing, including managing paid advertising campaigns, project coordination and managing approval processes.\nSkills\nExperience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic display.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.\nAgile and innovative approach to testing, optimization, and adapting strategies to evolving industry trends.\nSolid knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, keyword research, and optimization techniques.\nStrong project management and client service skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality and consistency across campaigns.\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and email marketing (asset).\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (asset).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing, proofreading, and presentation delivery.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office
