This position will require the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays as needed.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOversee the management, monitoring, and daily operations of our enterprise network to ensure high performance and reliability.\nIdentify and mitigate security threats through proactive updates and strategic planning in alignment with IT Leadership.\nSupport IT projects with technical expertise and coordination.\nDevelop and maintain accurate documentation, including network diagrams, configuration records, policies, and procedures.\nManage the deployment and tracking of equipment and assets.\nLead network-related projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.\nCollaborate with IT team members to manage escalations and issues, ensuring consistent service delivery across the organization.\nContribute to the team by identifying opportunities to improve user satisfaction and expanding the IT knowledge base.\nSupport and monitor compliance with company-wide and IT policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards.\nParticipate in broader technology initiatives across the company, offering network expertise and support as needed.\nPerform additional duties as assigned, adapting to evolving business and technical needs.\nAssist in the analysis, specification, installation and repair of computing devices, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.\nMaintain effective communication with IT Leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in network administration or a similar role with enterprise environments.\nCertifications\nIndustry Recognized Networking Certification (e.g. CCNA or equivalent) - Required\nMicrosoft Certificated Solutions Expert (MCSE) - Preferred\nCore Competencies\nSolid understanding of network design, architecture, and management principles.\nHands-on experience configuring and maintaining an enterprise network.\nStrong grasp of managing network and endpoint protection solutions, and other security best practices to safeguard data and system integrity.\n\nTechnical Expertise\nCandidates must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:\n Operating Systems and Servers: Microsoft Windows Server (All Versions), Microsoft Terminal Server, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Group Policies\nVirtualization and Cloud: VMware, Microsoft Hyper V, cloud hosting concepts, and remote access\nNetworking: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP routing, subnets, VPNs, routers, switches, wireless technologies, and local and network printing\nSecurity: Network and endpoint security best practices, virus/malware removal, \nBackup and Recovery: Backup
