Prioritize defects and plan for production release based on defect criticality or align with the quarterly release\n· Develop programs, support end-to-end testing in SIT, support UAT and prepare for deployment to production environments.\n· Maintain Production stability by ensuring deployments have completed the necessary risk and impact assessments.\n· Follow up on defect closure and meet defect closure KPI\n· Share production defect support learning with QA team and development team to improve application quality and minimize future defects\n· Verify and deploy programs and systems\n· Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software\n· Recommend and execute improvements\nRequirements:\nEducation:\nDegree in Computer Science or related discipline\nAt least 8 years of relevant experience. \nEssential:\n· Programming / OS / Technology Skills: At least few years of experience in maintaining / managing applications in at least some of the technologies such as Java, ReactJS, Python, Oracle, Solaris, RedHat Linux, JBOSS, Openshift Container Platform, Apache, Cloud based development, IBM MQ, Kafka MQ, Connect Direct, Control-M, Tivoli, Geneos, Splunk, etc.\n· Knowledge of FIS OPF (Open Payment Framework) product is a must at least in the capacity of troubleshooting, deployment, etc.\n· Strong working experience with Java, Spring Boot and API (Microservices)\n· Experience with databases (SQL) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks, such as Hibernate\n· 7 or more years’ in troubleshooting and fixing issues across different technologies/platform\n· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n· Experience with payment domain and SWIFT message will be a big plus\n· Strong written, oral communication skills and ability to manage user/vendor/customer/stakeholders\n· Ability to easily adapt to any technology/environment and lean new languages / technologies / tools\n· Experience tuning Kafka components for varying traffic and performance requirements\n· Experience with Incidents & Problem management & associated tools (Remedy/JIRA)\n· Experience with CI/CD tools such as BitBucket / Jenkins / Sonarqube / Aldon\n· Attention
