governance gaps and recommend corrective or preventive actions.\nMaintain appropriate governance documentation and supporting evidence.\n3.2 Programme OversightProvide programme management services for designated regional or global IT initiatives.\nEstablish and maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance calendars.\nCoordinate inputs from project managers, workstream leads, business stakeholders, and suppliers.\nIdentify delivery risks, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.\nDevelop mitigation options and provide clear recommendations for management decisions.\nTrack agreed actions and decisions through completion.\nAssess whether delivery outcomes remain aligned with approved scope, timelines, budgets, and expected business value.\nEscalate material risks, delays, or delivery concerns through the agreed governance channels.\n3.3 Project Management Standards and Continuous ImprovementDevelop, refine, and maintain project management frameworks, templates, guidelines, and supporting materials.\nRecommend and implement measures to improve project delivery maturity.\nPromote consistent project management practices across relevant IT operations teams.\nReview project documentation for completeness and alignment with agreed governance requirements.\nSupport audit readiness by maintaining appropriate governance records and evidence.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and improved reporting.\nMonitor the adoption and effectiveness of agreed project management standards.\n3.4 Executive Reporting and Governance ForumsProduce portfolio and programme dashboards, status reports, risk summaries, and decision papers.\nPrepare materials for steering committees, management reviews, and executive forums.\nPresent relevant findings, risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and recommendations.\nMaintain action, decision, risk, issue, and dependency registers arising from governance meetings.\nEnsure reporting is accurate, concise, timely, and suitable for executive decision-making.\nFollow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure that agreed actions are completed within required timelines.\n3.5 Stakeholder and Dependency CoordinationEngage with relevant global and regional IT teams, business functions, project teams, and third-party suppliers.\nFacilitate governance meetings, programme reviews, workshops, and planning sessions where required.\nCoordinate cross-functional and cross-regional dependencies.\nSupport structured escalation and resolution of meeting\nPMO templates, guidelines, and standards\nDeveloped or enhanced according to the agreed improvement plan\nProcess and delivery maturity recommendations\nPresented periodically, with implementation progress tracked\nService performance report\nProvided monthly or at another agreed frequency\nKnowledge-transfer and transition package\nDelivered before service completion or transition\nAccommodate reasonable interaction across time zones where necessary for global service delivery.\nMaintain effective communication with the CMA CGM Service Owner and other authorised stakeholders.\n4. Deliverables\nThe detailed content, format, frequency, due dates,dependencies, and acceptance criteria will be agreed during servicemobilisation.\n5. Service Levels and Acceptance Criteria\nAgreed reports, deliverables, and governance materials are delivered on time.\nInformation presented is accurate, complete, and traceable to available source data.\nCritical risks and issues are escalated within agreed timeframes.\nGovernance meetings and decision points are supported according to the agreed calendar.\nActions and decisions are documented and tracked through closure.\nProgramme dependencies are identified, monitored, and actively managed.\nDeliverables comply with agreed templates, governance standards, and documentation requirements.\nStakeholder communication is timely, professional, and effective.\nService documentation is maintained to support continuity and knowledge retention.\nDelivery outcomes remain aligned with agreed service objectives and business priorities.\nCMA CGM may accept a deliverable, request reasonable corrections,or reject it with documented reasons where it does not meet agreedrequirements. The supplier will correct identified deficiencies within anagreed timeframe.\n6. Supplier Capability Requirements\nProven experience delivering IT PMO and programme management services.\nExperience supporting regional or global IT environments.\nDemonstrated capability in governance, portfolio reporting, executive communication, risk management, and dependency coordination.\nAppropriate service continuity, quality assurance, and knowledge-management arrangements.\nAbility to support stakeholder engagement across multiple regions and time zones.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and appropriate reporting and presentation tools.\nAppropriate controls for confidentiality, information security, and data protection.\nAbility to provide consistent service throughout the agreed service term.\n7.
