processes.\n· Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, management reporting, and executive updates.\n· Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.\nSupport solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and adoption tracking.\n\nKey Requirements:\n· 15+ years of experienceleading complex technology and transformation programmes within the banking orfinancial services industry.\n· Strong experience inproject initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement,vendor management, and delivery governance.\n· Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.\n· Experience in Responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.\n· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance
