Our people processes have grown too, just not always at the same speed.\nWe already have the foundations: job levels, a competency model, growth conversations and ways of working we believe in. Now we need someone to take ownership of them, improve what isn’t working and make sure the important stuff still happens when things get busy.\nAbout ++addmore\nWe’re a product marketing studio working with startups and scale-ups across Europe.\nWe help companies figure out what they’re selling, why people should care and how to bring it to market: from positioning and storytelling to websites and launches.\nWe’re a small team, which means there aren’t five layers between spotting something that could be better and actually changing it.\nWhat you'll do\nYou’ll own the people side of ++addmore, from finding great people to helping them grow once they’re here.\nThat includes:\nRunning hiring from role definition and sourcing to interviews and offers\n\nCreating a candidate experience that feels fast, personal and very ++addmore\n\nMaking onboarding genuinely useful from day one\n\nRunning and improving our growth and performance processes\n\nKeeping our competency model and job levels useful as the team evolves\n\nHelping managers become better at feedback, growth and difficult conversations\n\nSpotting people or team issues early and helping us deal with them properly\n\nTaking care of the practical HR basics without making them more complicated than they need to be\n\nUsing AI and automation wherever it removes unnecessary admin\n\nA big part of the job is making things work without constant reminders.\nBut this is still a people role.\nSometimes the right answer is a better process. Sometimes it’s sitting down with someone and having a conversation that probably should have happened a week ago. We need someone who knows the difference.\nWhat we're looking for\nYou don’t need the perfect People Lead CV. But you’ll probably recognise yourself in this:\nYou like building things, not just running processes someone else created\n\nYou naturally look beyond the task at the system behind it and how it could work better\n\nYou bring structure without making things unnecessarily complicated\n\nYou take ownership. If something isn’t working, you don’t wait for someone else to notice\n\nYou’re comfortable challenging people, including leadership, without making everything a fight\n\nYou have good judgment when things aren’t black and white\n\nYou’re curious about AI and already thinking about where it can remove repetitive work\n\nYou care about the people behind the process, especially when things get busy or messy\n\nWe’re a small team, so there isn’t much room to hide behind job titles or “that’s not my responsibility.” That also means you’ll have a lot of room to shape how we work.\nWhat you’ll get\nYou won’t be starting from zero.\nThere are already solid foundations to work with, but there’s plenty of room to question them, rebuild them and make them your own.\nYou’ll work closely with the team and leadership, with short decision lines and a lot of freedom to change things when they’re not working.\nAnd because we’re small, you’ll actually see the impact of what you build: in how we hire, how people grow and how the team works together.\nA few things about us\nWe care about good work.\nWe like people who take ownership, ask questions and say what they think.\nWe move pretty quickly, but we don’t believe everything needs a process.\nWe’d rather have an uncomfortable honest conversation than quietly let something become a problem.\nAnd we’re figuring things out too.
