Our people processes have grown too, just not always at the same speed. We already have the foundations: job levels, a competency model, growth conversations and ways of working we believe in. Now we need someone to take ownership of them, improve what isn’t working and make sure the important stuff still happens when things get busy. About ++addmore We’re a product marketing studio working with startups and scale-ups across Europe. We help companies figure out what they’re selling, why people should care and how to bring it to market: from positioning and storytelling to websites and launches. We’re a small team, which means there aren’t five layers between spotting something that could be better and actually changing it.
