This will be an in-office position required to support the normal office hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.\nResponsibilities\nUtilize software to manage purchases, receive goods, approve invoices and manage time sheet entry.\nManage on site inventory - monitoring usage and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure the project team has enough materials on site for support project schedule.\nAttend all department and sales meetings as requested.\nSupport project managers in RFQ process by sending RFQs to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers for project bids set by the project scope.\nSource and purchase materials for successful bids.\nDrive forklift within warehouse environment to move inventory.\nTravel to client site when needed.\nAssist in the coordination of projects as needed.\nEscalate complex issues to the appropriate leadership.\nSupport special projects and perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nThree years’ proven experience.\nStrong time management, organizational and multitasking skills.\nForklift experience a plus - willing to train\nMust have driver’s license - clean record preferred\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $27 - $35 USD per hour.
