Our specialized experience includes design for data centers, healthcare, science and technology, high-rise buildings, clean energy, education, and other building types as well as structural and building sciences, infrastructure asset management, advanced robotics, and more.\nOur technical expertise is paired with an exceptional team of business development, human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, and marketing professionals, all of whom play a key role in bringing our commitments to life every day.\nJob Summary:\nQA/QC Inspector will work closely with Impact Cx and external project teams to verify equipment and system quality, ensuring fully commissioned buildings. This role supports projects from pre-construction through start-up, often managing multiple assignments.\nGeneral Duties:\nCommunicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients.\nReview project documents, test results, submittals, RFIs, and drawings for accuracy and implementation.\nExecute and witness QA/QC tests onsite.\nTrack and report commissioning issues and updates to the site management team.\nApply best practices and ensure quality standards and procedures are current.\nVerify accuracy of project records before client submission.\nAdhere to company safety rules, policies, and client requirements.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant commissioning, construction, or facilities experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nFamiliarity with construction management tools like BIM 360 or Procore is a plus.\nOSHA 10-hour and NFPA 70E certifications required within a set timeframe.\nSkills:\nHighly organized with strong client service and communication skills.\nSolid understanding of QA/QC processes, industry standards, and inspection procedures.\nAnalytical and responsive in sensitive situations, with strong problem-solving abilities.\nFamiliarity with data center systems (e.g., MV Gear, UPS, HVAC, BMS) and LOTO requirements is a plus.\nExperience in equipment startup, commissioning, and functional testing.\nAble to read construction drawings and interpret technical documentation.\nTravel: 50%-75%, both locally and nationally\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to bend and lift 30lbs\nAbility to climb stairs/ladders\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $105,000 USD per year.
