Our specialized experience includes design for data centers, healthcare, science and technology, high-rise buildings, clean energy, education, and other building types as well as structural and building sciences, infrastructure asset management, advanced robotics, and more.\nOur technical expertise is paired with an exceptional team of business professionals across human resources, finance, IT, marketing, and operations, all of whom play a key role in bringing our commitments to life every day.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a Functional Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions including HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, and other business support roles, as well as select specialized roles such as BIM and BIM Design.\nThis role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent to support organizational growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to drive effective recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.\nResponsibilities\nSource and engage talent across corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations) and specialized roles including BIM and BIM Design using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks\nBuild and maintain pipelines aligned to priority roles, skillsets, and future hiring needs\nExecute outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets\nScreen and assess candidates for experience, skill alignment, and cultural fit\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and support interview processes\nProvide market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring recommendations\nManage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing through offer)\nEnsure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up\nTrack recruiting activity and pipeline metrics; adjust strategies to improve results\nMaintain accurate records and compliance within the applicant tracking system (ATS)\nQualifications and Experience\n 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate or functional roles (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) and/or exposure to BIM or design-related hiring\nExperience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, or similar platforms\nExperience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders\nStrong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates\nAbility to understand both business function and specialized role requirements (including BIM/design) and translate them into effective recruiting strategies\nExperience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruiting approaches\nStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nTravel\nMinimal travel may be required based on business needs.\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 USD per year.
