This position is hybrid in our New Jersey, New York or Philadelphia offices for candidates who are local, remote for other candidates.\nThis role serves as both a technical expert and project contributor, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.\nThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities, experience in system design using CAD/Revit, and a proven ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This individual also plays a client-facing role, supporting relationship management and contributing to business development efforts, while staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and engineer access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems for commercial and data center projects\nDevelop system layouts, schematics, and documentation using CAD and/or Revit\nCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality security solutions\nManage multiple projects simultaneously across various regions\nServe as a client-facing representative, building trust and long-term relationships\nSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends\nQualifications and Experience:\n5-10 years of experience in security engineering, specifically in access control and surveillance systems\nExperience supporting corporate fit-outs and/or data center projects\nStrong knowledge of multiple hardware and software platforms (access control, CCTV, visitor management systems)\nProficiency in CAD and/or Revit preferred\nExcellent communication and client relationship management skills\nAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment\nThis position is hybrid in our New Jersey, New York or Philadelphia offices for candidates who are local, remote for other candidates.\nLocation: New Jersey or New York (HYBRID)\nTravel: Some travel to US sites.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 USD per year.
