In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and evaluation of cutting-edge facilities across Life Sciences, Data Centers, Technology, Civic, Education, Mixed-Use, and Healthcare markets, delivering solutions that power communities, advance innovation, and support mission-critical operations.\n\nIn this role, you will:\nProvide full life-cycle project design from kick-off to construction document production and construction oversight\nBe responsible for producing engineering documents such as reports, calculations, and drawings that are complete and technically accurate\nBe responsible for assisting clients regarding technical design issues, coordination of document preparation, and submittals\nUtilize design software such as RISA, Enercalc, RAM, Bluebeam, and REVIT to produce construction drawings\n\nYou will be a great fit if:\nBachelor's Degree in Architectural, Structural or Civil with Structural Engineering Emphasis from ABET accredited school\nHave passed the F.E. exam, California PE license strongly preferred\n2-5 years of related experience in building design. Critical facility experience a plus.\nYou have experience with Revit (preferred)\nThe desire to work towards the Company's goal of excellent and timely service.\nStrong time management skills and self-starter a must\nExperience in building foundations, framing systems, and lateral system design\nExperience with high seismic structural design (SDC D, E or F) strongly desired, high wind, and/or blast-resistant design a plus\n\nLocation: Oakland, CA Full time in office with hybrid work schedule\nTravel: 10% National\n#LI-Hybrid\n Compensation & Benefits:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD per year.
