Applicants should be purpose-driven and indicate a strong interest in developing production proficiencies and standards in Revit.\nResponsibilities:\nProject\nExecutes the assigned structural modeling tasks\nDevelops sheet views of plans, details and notes from the Revit model\nMaintains awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s)\nReviews completed tasks at key intervals for accuracy and completeness\nAssists with the development of internal drafting standards, including Revit families\nAssists in communicating with other disciplines and project team members to ensure overall project coordination\nParticipates in team and company-wide meetings to discuss project issues, coordination with other disciplines and technical issues\nPrinciples\nPerforms work in a manner that demonstrates an appreciation for the firm’s cultural values, including a commitment to quality, innovation, learning and respect for co-workers and colleagues\nBecomes skilled in fostering and maintaining a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team\nFosters awareness of the firm’s principles of providing outstanding professional service to our clients.\nQualifications and Experience:\nMinimum 5 years' experience with Revit required\nMinimum 5 years' experience with concrete, wood, steel and light gauge building structures required\nProficiency in MS Office Suite preferred\nAbility to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing\nAbility to problem-solve and collaborate on innovative solutions\nAbility to work in team environment\nAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time\nAbility to effectively meet deadlines at expected level of quality\nLocation: USA-Remote\nTravel: none\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year.
