National Account Executive - Sales
Overview
Salem Media Representatives (SMR), a division of Salem Media, is seeking a high-performing National Account Executive - Sales to join our growing national sales organization. This is an individual contributor role focused on generating new revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and creating integrated marketing solutions for national advertisers, agencies, direct-response marketers, and nonprofit organizations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of developing large-scale advertising partnerships across multiple media channels and consistently exceeding revenue goals.

- Audio & Broadcast
- Podcasting
- Television & OTT Video Streaming
- Digital publishing through Townhall Media & Salem Web Network
- Digital Marketing & Audience Solutions
- Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Events & Experiential

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of successful media, digital, advertising, sponsorship, or marketing sales experience.
- Proven history of exceeding revenue goals and developing new business.
- Experience selling integrated media solutions across multiple channels.
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
Preferred
- Experience selling podcasts, influencer, events and digital-first solutions.
- Experience working with national advertisers and advertising agencies.
