This is a full-time, remote position (working EU hours).\nRequirements\nWhat you'll do\nManage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients \nPerform in-depth audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis to understand each client’s USPs, the market needs, and identify the right positioning for the client\nDefine the targeting & ICP criteria for every campaign based on in-depth audience research\nCreate messaging for the Outbound campaigns using a combination of your own copy & AI and in-depth audience research \nEvaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity \nIdentify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies\nCommunicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results, and manage retention and upselling.\nThe main KPIs for the role\nPositive Replies (Weekly), Client Satisfaction (NPS), Client Retention (Quarterly), New Ideas proposed to Clients (Monthly), Deals Created (Monthly)\nWho you are\nAt least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies.\nExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencers\nProven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences.
