Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.\nThe Experience\nJoin our Field Marketing team in Iberia as an Events Specialist, based in Barcelona, and help bring Salesforce to customers and partners across Catalonia and Iberia.\nYou’ll plan and deliver marketing events, from large corporate moments to industry conferences. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and external agencies, so every event supports our business priorities.\nWhat You’ll Actually Be Doing\nEvent Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets and attendee experience, with a focus on Catalonia.\nCorporate Events Support: Support the organization and execution of major Salesforce events, including World Tours and Innovation Days, with occasional travel to Madrid.\nThird-Party Events: Manage Salesforce participation in industry conferences, sponsorships and partner events.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing and external agencies to ensure events are aligned with business priorities and delivered successfully.\nEvent Performance: Track and report on event results, attendee engagement and contribution to pipeline and business goals.\nYou’re Our Person If...\nYou have 4-5 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, with a strong focus on events, planning and executing marketing events end to end.\nYou have proven experience managing event logistics, vendors and budgets.\nYou have experience supporting large-scale corporate events, such as roadshows, customer summits or flagship conferences.\nYou have experience managing sponsorships and participation in industry conferences and partner events.\nYou have a strong track record working with Sales teams and multiple stakeholders, including external agencies, to align events with business priorities.\nYou have experience tracking and reporting on event results, attendee engagement and pipeline contribution.\nYou are a strong team player who also works with autonomy and takes ownership.\nYou have excellent relationship-building skills, building trust with colleagues, partners and customers.\nYou have strong organizational and communication skills, and can manage multiple events at once.\nNice to have: knowledge of the Catalan business and partner ecosystem; Catalan.\nFluent English and Spanish; availability to travel to Madrid and other cities in Iberia.\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
