You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of our products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork across cross-functional teams to build a telemetry system that enables product-led growth and key adoption insights for product strategy.\nWork across cross-functional teams to build the centralized platform for all experimentation across Salesforce to drive the future of data-driven decision making. \nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nDrive the capability for parallel feature development and ensure incremental delivery of software.\nLead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.\nEnsure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.\nDrive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, DevOps.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.\nStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise solutions.\nStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java required, with the expectation of adapting to other languages as needed).\nExperience with AWS and microservices architecture.\nProven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nExperience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nExperience in developing in a contract-first environment.\nExperience with event-driven architecture and technologies that interface with backend consumers (e.g. AWS Kinesis/SNS/SQS/EventBridge).\nProven ability to use a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and decision-making.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Salesforce technologies and platforms.\nKnowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with CI/CD tools and processes.\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
