This is an opportunity to shape the user experience in ways that solve meaningful problems and make life better for all users and customers.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign intuitive and trustworthy digital experiences that contribute to customer success at Salesforce\nTranslate complex product capabilities, business logic, human + AI workflows, and customer needs into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes\nPrototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity, validate flows, and continuously refine experiences based on real-world usage.\nContribute to customer journey mapping and other experience design artifacts and tools\nPresent and communicate design concepts and rationales confidently to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.\nOversee the design of multiple, web, mobile and in-app features, interfaces, and experiences.\nProvide clear design handoff documentation and specs to streamline technical execution.\nPartner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and a polished user experience.\nPlan, execute, and report on user research, incorporating findings into design decisions.\nSolicit feedback from peers and stakeholders to continuously improve designs.\nAdvocate for ethical, inclusive, and accessible designs, ensuring features and bug fixes prioritize these principles.\nStay up-to-date on UI standards for common platforms and industry trends.\nAddress design challenges from conceptualization to execution, including storyboards, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups based on business goals and user research.\nPartner with Product Managers and UX/UI Leads to ensure designs align with the overall design system and user experience vision.\nExperience:\n5-7+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites within cross-functional teams.\nProven track record of implementing globally impactful, universally designed experiences catering to diverse languages and abilities.\nStrong proficiency in user-centered design methods and best practices.\nExpertise in the entire user experience design process, from customer journey mapping to wireframing, high fidelity prototyping and testing designs\nProven experience in implementing design systems and producing style guides.\nProficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools, including emerging AI-assisted design workflows.\nHolistic, system-level thinking with a deep understanding of multi-surface ecosystems and their impact on user experiences.\nCommitment to ethical design practices with a strong advocacy for equality in design.\nExceptional communication and active listening skills, fostering close, trusting relationships with stakeholders.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, persuade stakeholders, and achieve consensus in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.\nSelf-driven work ethic, complemented by effective team collaboration skills.\nExceptional problem-solving abilities, generating elegant solutions for complex challenges.\nStrong ability to flourish in an agile environment, consistently delivering outstanding design work under demanding deadlines.\nDemonstrated success in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and diverse work streams simultaneously.\nExperience with customer-facing digital experiences preferred.\nNice-to-Have:\nAI-assisted prototyping & vibe coding.
