This individual will build AI-enabled tools and data foundations that change how Finance works, and will pair them with sharp business analysis that turns data into decisions. You will partner across Corporate Finance, Product Finance, and Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance to deliver a consistent, trusted view of company-wide performance. The role requires a builder’s mindset with AI, strong technical depth in data, and the business judgment to connect data signals to forecast outcomes.\nWhat You'll Actually Be Doing\nBuilding with AI & Data Infrastructure\nDesign and build AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools that automate manual, repeatable analysis and reporting, reducing cycle time and analytical risk\nUse LLMs, copilots, and automation platforms alongside SQL and Python to accelerate data preparation, pattern identification, anomaly detection, and insight generation\nBuild bespoke datasets and analytical frameworks to support emerging business questions across the enterprise\nMaintain dashboards and self-service reporting (e.g., Tableau) where they provide durable value for cross-functional partners\nChampion AI adoption within Finance & Strategy (F&S) by sharing best practices, prototypes, and reusable components with the broader team\nBusiness Analysis & Partnership\nDeliver analyses on historical trends, forecast drivers, and emerging business questions to inform planning and decision-making\nContribute a Finance & Strategy (F&S) perspective to forecast cycles, connecting data signals to drivers, risks, and variances\nPartner with Corporate Finance, Product Finance, GTM, and Analytics/Ops teams to align on metric definitions and data sources, and to keep operational data consistent with financial reporting\nOwn the integrity of the datasets behind your work, validating against source systems and serving as the first line of defense for anomalies\nTranslate findings into clear business terms and recommendations for senior F&S stakeholders\n You're Our Person If...\n5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analytics\nDemonstrated experience building with AI: using LLMs, copilots, or automation platforms to create working tools, agents, or workflows that accelerate analysis and improve efficiency\nStrong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations\nAdvanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python; experience with Snowflake or equivalent modern data stack tools (Tableau or similar BI experience a plus)\nExceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data quality and reporting accuracy\nDemonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to senior stakeholders\nThis role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
