Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword - it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.\nReady to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.\nAbout the Role\nEmerging Technology is Salesforce's 0-to-1 engine inside the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) organization. We take on the company's most ambiguous, high-stakes problems and operate like a startup embedded in an enterprise - prototyping quickly, grounding our hypotheses in data, and iterating until we've cracked the problem. We're looking for a Product Manager who wants to accelerate their career by working this way, learning from senior product leaders, and owning real outcomes early.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOwn pieces of new product initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery, working alongside senior PMs who will push you to grow\nDrive rapid prototyping and experimentation, validating concepts through data, customer feedback, and scrappy testing before committing to full builds\nTranslate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and user stories that engineering and design teams can act on\nConduct customer research and synthesize problems, ideas, and insights to inform the roadmap\nCollaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver production-ready MVPs on aggressive timelines\nTrack emerging technology trends and bring fresh perspectives that help the team spot the next opportunity\nMaintain product roadmaps, write detailed specs, and define the success metrics that tell us whether something is working\n\nWhat We're Looking Fo r\nRequired Qualifications\n3-6 years of product management experience, in an enterprise or startup setting\nA builder mindset: genuine interest in building new things, energized by ambiguity rather than paralyzed by it - the type of person who prototypes on weekends, tinkers with new tools before being asked, and treats constraints as creative fuel\nHands-on, daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to draft specs, analyze data, prototype solutions, and accelerate workflow, along with enough understanding of how LLMs work to know when to trust their output and when not to\nExposure to, or strong curiosity about, emerging technologies, data-driven products, or innovative platforms\nA strong execution mindset - able to turn a rough direction into a plan teams can run with\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse, cross-functional teams\nCustomer-focused thinking, with eagerness to learn how to gather, synthesize, and act on user insights\nComfort operating in highly matrixed, resource-constrained environments\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience shipping an MVP or 0-to-1 product in a resource-constrained team\nFamiliarity with experimentation frameworks or lightweight research methods for validating product hypotheses\nA related technical degree required\nWhy Join?\nYou'll get hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle - problem discovery, rapid prototyping, user validation, launch, and iteration - in a high-visibility environment where speed and impact matter more than process. You'll work closely with senior product leaders, build your craft fast, and see your work handed off to teams that scale it across Salesforce.\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance andbe your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you cando your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what’s possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.\nAccommodations\nIf you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or the recruiting process, please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.\nPlease note that Salesforce uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our recruiters assess and evaluate candidates’ resumes and qualifications throughout the recruiting process.
