Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.\nRole Overview\nThe AFLS Technical Architect (Delivery SME) brings deep expertise in enterprise delivery execution, integration architecture, and technical program health. While the Product SME focuses on what the product can do, the Delivery SME focuses on how the implementation is being executed - identifying delivery process failures, integration issues, data migration risks, and execution gaps that are blocking or threatening go-live. This architect is the technical authority on implementation quality and delivery rigor within the POD.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivery Assessment & Diagnostics\nAssess the current state of delivery execution across all technical workstreams - integration, data migration, configuration, and testing\nIdentify delivery process failures (e.g., scope creep, insufficient testing, poor sprint execution) contributing to the account's risk score\nEvaluate partner and SI delivery capability gaps; provide targeted recommendations for delivery process improvement\nSurface delivery execution blockers and provide technical status updates during daily Triage Standup meetings\nHands-On Technical Remediation\nConduct root cause analysis on delivery execution failures; distinguish between product issues (escalate to Product SME) and delivery process issues\nExecute data migration activities using the AFLS Transformation Framework; validate data migration quality and completeness\nPerform hands-on technical stabilization of integration and data workstreams\nConduct code reviews with a focus on implementation quality, security, and platform best practices\nCoordinate with the SI partner on delivery process improvements; provide hands-on coaching on sprint execution, release management, and quality gates\nGo-Live Validation & Handoff\nValidate go-live readiness across all technical workstreams (integration, data migration, configuration, UAT)\nResolve critical technical defects blocking go-live; triage and prioritize issue resolution in partnership with the Product SME\nEnsure the delivery team and BAU team are fully briefed and capable of ongoing ownership before POD exit\nDocument delivery resolutions, lessons learned, and process recommendations for future engagements\nBench Activities\nSupport triage and scoping for incoming high-risk accounts, providing delivery complexity assessments to inform POD sizing\nContribute to AI-based delivery accelerators, delivery playbooks, integration architecture blueprints, and data migration guidance for the AFLS accelerator library\nDocument lessons learned from prior engagements for the AFLS product feedback register (integration patterns, migration issues)\nAssist the Ecosystem Lead in tracking partner-attributed delivery failures - SI execution gaps, compliance violations, and delivery standard deviations\nParticipate in quarterly health assessment interviews to diagnose technical execution challenges\nQualifications:\nRequired\n10+ years in enterprise delivery execution, integration architecture, or data migration on large-scale Salesforce implementations\nHands-on experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, middleware) and data migration frameworks\nStrong root-cause analysis skills distinguishing delivery-process failures from product issues\nSalesforce Certified Administrator required\nPreferred\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect credential\nExperience coaching SI partners on sprint execution, release management, and quality gates\nFamiliarity with AFLS Transformation Framework or equivalent data migration tooling\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
