Your work will shape both reliability and cloud spend. You’ll own what you ship, from design through production.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and ship end-to-end product features, from interactive, data-rich UIs (React, Python/Dash) through the APIs and services behind them\nDevelop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using modern frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS\nBuild and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs (Python preferred) with solid business logic, data models, and integrations\nDesign and query databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), and optimize for performance and data integrity\nWork directly with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements, not just implement them\nWrite design docs for features you own and take part in architecture reviews\nWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and improve our CI/CD pipelines\nParticipate in the team’s on-call rotation: debug production issues and improve monitoring and alerting\nUse AI-assisted development tools effectively, holding generated code to the same quality bar as your own\n Required Skills:\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including shipping user-facing product features\nStrong experience with a modern front-end framework (React or similar) and a back-end language (Python preferred)\nExperience building data-heavy UIs such as dashboards, tables, and charts, with attention to usability and performance\nSolid SQL skills and experience designing REST APIs\nHands-on experience deploying to a public cloud (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure also valued)\nWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation and troubleshoot production issues\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, especially in design docs and code reviews\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with Dash/Plotly or other data-visualization libraries\nFront-end performance work: rendering, bundle size, virtualization, Lighthouse/Web Vitals\nExperience with Kubernetes, Trino/Presto, or Airflow\nExperience with monitoring and alerting tools\nKnowledge of AI and LLMs, and experience using them in development workflows\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
