Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.\nThe Experience\nSystems Engineer is responsible for administering and managing the Finance systems & applications that support our mission critical business processes. Systems Engineer will be the primary process expert in their service area and will work in collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams in support of Salesforce end to end business processes. Daily activities will include, but are not limited to, enterprise application support, resolving technical and functional system issues, performing trend analysis and identifying enhancements to reduce support requests, and collaborating with development teams to implement new and enhanced functionality. The successful candidate must be agile and able to support multiple priorities.\nWhat You'll Actually Be Doing\nSaaS Applications Administration (Coupa, Concur)\nOwn day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of Coupa & Concur applications.\nManage users, roles, profiles and security settings.\nMaintain data quality, integrity, and overall platform health.\nManage vendor releases, upgrades, and new capabilities.\nAI Automation & Workflow\nDemonstrate experience through AI/agentic workflow transformation, including redesigning processes to incorporate AI agents alongside human support engineers.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual business processes and improve operational efficiency.\nMonitor existing automations and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.\nData Management & Integration\n Support data migrations, imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality initiatives.\nWork with integration teams to support Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing, middleware, and other enterprise applications.\nUnderstand APIs and integration concepts sufficiently to troubleshoot and coordinate integration issues.\nProduction Support & Troubleshooting\nProvide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce issues.\nAnalyze and resolve complex configuration, automation, data, security, and integration issues.\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions rather than relying on workarounds.\nRelease & Change Management\nManage sandbox environments, testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases.\nCoordinate with developers, QA, integration teams, and business stakeholders for major changes.\nMaintain appropriate documentation for configurations and business processes.\nWhat You'll Actually Be Doing\n6+ years of SAP Concur or Coupa experience with expertise in configuration & application maintenance.\nUnderstanding of Procure to Pay process areas (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expense Management etc).\nIn-depth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense or Coupa Purchasing & Invoicing modules. \nKnowledge of Cognos Reporting tool.\nKnowledge of SAP Concur Travel, Request is a plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment\nAble to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impact\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
